Use the manufacturer rating printed on the battery when available. A calculated Wh value is only a screening aid.

Use the airline actually operating the aircraft, not only the marketing/codeshare airline.

Route text is used only for airline carriage alerts we have explicitly encoded. It does not check local drone-flying law, customs or permits.

Rest of the battery bag

Some airlines reject unmarked power banks even when capacity can be estimated.
Controller, goggles, camera, laptop etc. The drone is counted separately.
Scope: airline carriage screening only. Final acceptance belongs to the operating airline/security authority. Destination import rules and legal flying zones are separate.

Why this is different

It checks the battery bag, not just one Wh number.

Connections, carrier-specific power-bank limits, battery counts and 2027 freshness can all change the practical answer.

Strictest-segment logic

Each selected operating airline is evaluated separately. A stricter connection cannot disappear inside an averaged answer.

Route + date awareness

Explicit route restrictions are surfaced, and future travel dates trigger freshness warnings when the rule set needs re-verification.

Power-bank rules

The checker now treats 2026 power-bank restrictions separately from ordinary spare batteries and applies stricter carrier limits where verified.
