Cathay Pacific requires visual verification for lithium-powered electronic devices and spare lithium batteries in the 100–160 Wh band. Devices in checked baggage must be completely switched off and protected from damage.
Cathay Pacific note: Cathay Pacific permits a maximum of two power banks, requires them in cabin baggage under the seat rather than in checked baggage or overhead storage, and prohibits their use or recharging onboard.
