What matters for this exact combination
Delta allows lithium-battery powered consumer devices subject to battery rules. Spare lithium batteries are carry-on only and must be protected against short circuit.
Delta Air Lines note: Delta publishes a maximum of 20 spare batteries in total, with no more than two lithium-ion spares between 100 and 160 Wh. Damaged, defective or recalled lithium batteries are prohibited; the checker separately screens power banks.
Mini 4 Pro battery variants
| Battery | Wh | Band |
|---|---|---|
| Intelligent Flight Battery | 18.96 Wh | ≤100 Wh |
| Intelligent Flight Battery Plus | 28.4 Wh | ≤100 Wh |
DJI notes the Plus battery is not sold in Europe; travel rules still depend on the battery you actually carry.
Before you pack
- Count every loose/spare drone battery, not only the standard pack.
- Keep spare lithium batteries protected against short circuit and in cabin baggage.
- Add power banks separately because 2026 rules can be stricter than ordinary spare-battery limits.
- If your itinerary has a connection, check every operating carrier — the stricter segment can control the practical result.
