Quick rule summary

Turkish Airlines says hobby drones with batteries may be carried in the cabin within ICAO lithium-battery restrictions.

Important: Turkish Airlines publishes up to 15 small spare lithium-ion batteries and up to two 100–160 Wh spares. Power banks are limited to two at no more than 100 Wh, kept out of overhead storage, and may not be used or charged onboard.
